Social Media Management:

We originally ran the clients’ Facebook page to present a trustworthy and professional brand, something which is vital for them within their industry. We did this by regularly posting engaging and well optimised content that was relevant to the amazing work that they do. We have regularly engaged with the client in obtaining content for the Facebook page and helped them set up automatic replies for enquiries to ensure that they always respond to users.

  • In the first month of managing the Facebook Account we almost doubled the number of page likes as well as improving engagement on posts by around 80%.

Social Media Ad Management:

Following a successful period of time managing the Facebook page, the client asked us to help them with recruiting new staff through social media. Our recommendation was to run targeted local ad campaigns on Facebook to generate interest in the available positions. These campaigns were more cost effective during their running times than the existing job board campaigns such as Indeed.

  • The 1st Ad consisted of a small scale campaign with the aim being to raise awareness in multiple local areas & generate interest in the available positions.
  • The Ad ran over a period of 30 days reaching 17,419 users and had a Click Through Rate (CTR) of 18.22% (956 Clicks)

The average CTR for ads on Facebook is 0.89%

  • The 2nd Ad campaign followed the same goals but focused on 1 location rather than several locations and ran with a slightly lower budget than the 1st.
  • Again this ad ran over a period of 30 days, reaching 8,026 users and had a CTR of 20.63% (389 Clicks)

Overall, the ad campaigns were very successful for the client and they generated a large number of application based enquiries, therefore achieving the clients overall campaign goal.

Graphics Design & Printing:

Most recently we have provided some Graphics Design & Printing services to the client, this included the design and printing of 250 Double SIded A4 Flyers along with 1000 Custom Branded Pens for the client to use for their current direct marketing campaigns to prospective customers. See Below the Designs for Each Project:

How we Reported & Explained All Information to the Client:

The client received 4 update reports per month on the progress of their Facebook Page and their Facebook Ad Campaigns. Open communication with the client on their Facebook Ad campaigns turned out to be incredibly beneficial to them as it allowed us to adjust their budget and ensure a more efficient and effective campaign. This was done by liaising in depth with the client on things such as; demographics, reactive budgeting & target audiences.

How we Have Impacted the Client’s Overall Business Performance:

Technical and marketing suggestions have improved the business performance for the client. They are now able to recruit new staff more efficiently and have a social media presence that demonstrates to their customers that they are professional, experienced and trustworthy.

In working with the client closely on the ad campaigns we now feel that should they want to, they would be in a position to run a semi-effective campaign in-house through utilising skills we have passed on to them and by reusing existing ad campaigns.

 From the Client Themselves:

“Understanding of the client’s needs, fast response, always available and ready to go the extra mile”
